A note for existing bookings on holiday boats

Following Boris’ announcement, we are delighted to say that we will be reopening on Monday 12th April for holiday hire boats 😁🍾 So here’s what happens now…

1. If you have booked a holiday to leave in the next 8 weeks, you will receive an email from us in the next couple of days to confirm any balance owing and how to pay. Once we’ve received payment, we will send out your boat manual and link to the online course.

2. If you have paid in full already, and go on holiday in the next 8 weeks, you will receive an email by the end of the week with your boat manual and link to the online course.

Our priority will be to ensure those leaving next week are all sorted, so please bear with us if we don’t reply immediately.

If you can’t see your email in your inbox, please check your spam folder, particularly if you have a Hotmail account. If you would like to email an alternative email address, please do so, quoting your dates or ID number. But please don’t worry if you haven’t paid yet – we will get it sorted one way or another before you leave 😊

Thank you, we will SEE YOU SOON!! πŸ¦†πŸ™‹
